Refund Policy — Maison Ciel Noir
At Maison Ciel Noir, every piece is carefully curated and inspected before it reaches you. We hold our collections to the highest standard and want every client to feel confident in their purchase.
Our Commitment
We stand behind the integrity of every piece that leaves our atelier. Should a garment not be the perfect fit, we offer a considered resolution process for our valued clients — subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Conditions
To be considered for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- A formal refund request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- The garment may be tried on for fit and sizing purposes — however it must remain in its original condition, free from any signs of extended wear
- The piece must be returned free from any trace of fragrance, cosmetics, or staining — including perfume, foundation, or deodorant
- All original labels, tags, and packaging must remain intact and attached
- The concern raised must constitute either a manufacturing fault or a genuine sizing issue — we understand that sizing can vary and we are happy to assist
- Photographic documentation must be submitted before any return is initiated
- Your original order confirmation must be presented as proof of purchase
Exclusions
The following are excluded from our returns process:
- All sale, promotional, and discounted purchases are final and non-refundable
- All intimates, bodywear, and swimwear are excluded on the grounds of hygiene
- Any piece designated as Limited Edition or Final Drop is strictly non-returnable
- Accessories — including jewellery, belts, and scarves — are non-refundable
- Garments showing visible signs of wear beyond trying on — including staining, stretched fabric, or damage — will be returned to the client at their expense
The Resolution Process
Should you believe your request satisfies the above, you are invited to submit a formal enquiry to cielnoir.support@gmail.com including:
- Your full name and order reference
- A brief description of your concern
- Clear photographs of the item and any fault where applicable
- Confirmation that all original tags and packaging remain intact
Our client experience team will review your submission within 5 to 7 business days. If your request is approved, a return authorisation will be issued. Any garment returned without prior authorisation will be refused and sent back at the client's cost.
Please be advised that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly advise the use of a fully tracked service as Maison Ciel Noir cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.
