- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed — Maison Ciel Noir accepts no liability for delays caused by third party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to the client upon delivery to the carrier
- Maison Ciel Noir is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes — these are the sole responsibility of the client
6. Returns & Refunds
