• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
• During high demand periods — including new collection launches and promotional events — processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. As our products are dispatched from our international warehouse, delivery times reflect international shipping routes. Maison Ciel Noir accepts no liability for delays caused by third party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping notification is received.

If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

6. Customs & Import Duties

As our products are dispatched from our international warehouse, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the client and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Maison Ciel Noir cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Please be aware that some parcels may be inspected by customs upon entry into your country — this is completely standard for international shipments and is beyond our control.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

• Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Delays due to customs or import processing
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Incorrect Address

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Maison Ciel Noir cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
